Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5–6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Event-Produktion oder im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld (Lifestyle/Consumer Brands).
- Du kennst den Agenturalltag in- und auswendig und bist in der Lage, mehrere parallel laufende, komplexe Großprojekte souverän zu steuern.
- Du beherrschst die strategische Kundenberatung und das Feingefühl für die richtige Balance zwischen kompetenter Beratung, Empathie und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Du bringst tiefgreifendes Wissen in den Bereichen Digitale Kommunikation, PR, Influencer Marketing und Social Media mit.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Juniors oder Praktikant*innen sowie in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister.
- Du bist verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift).
- Du denkst gerne „um zwei Ecken“, arbeitest lösungsorientiert und bringst eine positive Ausstrahlung sowie Hands-on-Mentalität mit.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du steuerst Projekte eigenverantwortlich vom ersten Briefing und Re-Call über die Konzeption bis hin zur Abrechnung.
- Du verantwortest die Budgetplanung, Kalkulation und Evaluation aller Maßnahmen.
- Aktive Mitwirkung bei Pitches und der Akquise von Neugeschäft.
- Erstellen von hochwertigen Konzepten und Briefings, die unsere Kunden begeistern.
- Du bildest die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Kreation und Produktion.

Your profile
- You have at least 5–6 years of relevant professional experience in event production or project management, ideally in an agency environment (lifestyle/consumer brands).
- You know the day-to-day workings of an agency inside out and are able to confidently manage several complex large-scale projects running in parallel.
- You are skilled in strategic customer consulting and have a keen sense of the right balance between competent advice, empathy, and assertiveness.
- You have in-depth knowledge of digital communication, PR, influencer marketing, and social media.
- You have experience in the professional management of juniors or interns as well as in the management of external service providers.
- You are business fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- You like to think outside the box, work in a solution-oriented manner, and have a positive attitude and hands-on mentality.
- You have a class B driver's license.
Your tasks
- You will manage projects independently from the initial briefing and re-call through to conception and billing.
- You will be responsible for budget planning, calculation, and evaluation of all measures.
- Active participation in pitches and the acquisition of new business.
- Creation of high-quality concepts and briefings that inspire our customers.
- You will be the central interface between customers, creation, and production.
