Wir suchen ab sofort eine*n (Junior) Communication Manager (w/m/d) mit Schwerpunkt Beauty für unser Berliner Team.

Dein Profil
- Passion for Beauty: Du brennst für Beauty, Skincare und Make-up und verfolgst die Szene aktiv.
- Bestens vernetzt: Du bringst idealerweise bereits gute Kontakte zu relevanten Beauty-Influencern, Content Creators und Journalisten mit.
- Erfahrung: Du verfügst über ca. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing, in PR oder Influencer Relations (Agentur oder Unternehmen).
- Schreibtalent: Du beherrschst einen sicheren, kreativen Schreibstil und triffst immer den richtigen Ton (Deutsch & Englisch fließend).
- Social Media Native: Du kennst dich in der Social Media-Szene aus, verstehst Plattform-Dynamiken (TikTok, Instagram) und weißt, was guten Content ausmacht.
- Mindset: Du bist begeisterungsfähig, akkurat und auch in heißen Phasen belastbar.
- Personality: Du bist verlässlich, gut organisiert, hast eine positive Ausstrahlung und bist ein echter Teamplayer.
- Hands-on: Du suchst Lösungen, denkst gerne um zwei Ecken und hast Lust, aktiv mitzugestalten.

Deine Aufgaben
- Influencer Relations: Identifikation, Ansprache und Betreuung von Influencern und Brand Ambassadors – du machst aus Kontakten echte Beziehungen.
- Kooperationen: Konzeption und Umsetzung kreativer Influencer-Kampagnen und Seedings, die unsere Beauty-Marken strahlen lassen.
- 360° Kommunikation: Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Durchführung ganzheitlicher Kampagnen.
- Media Relations: Operative Pressearbeit, Pflege von Medienverteilern, Erstellen von Pressemitteilungen sowie Pitching von Themen bei Redakteuren.
- Content & Storytelling: Du erstellst und überprüfst redaktionell relevante Inhalte für Presse, Social Media und Markenkampagnen.
- Datenbank & Reporting: Pflege der internen Datenbank (Filemaker) und Erstellung regelmäßiger Reportings (Clippings, KPIs).
- Strategie & Budget: Recherche und Zuarbeit bei Kommunikationsstrategien sowie Budgetverantwortung für kleinere Projekte.

We're not just looking for someone with organizational skills, but a true beauty junkie who will strengthen our lifestyle team with their ambition and motivation. Your profile
- Passion for beauty: You are passionate about beauty, skincare, and makeup and actively follow the scene.
- Well connected: Ideally, you already have good contacts with relevant beauty influencers, content creators, and journalists.
- Experience: You have approximately 2 years of experience in marketing, PR, or influencer relations (agency or company).
- Writing talent: You have a confident, creative writing style and always strike the right tone (fluent in German and English).
- Social media native: You are familiar with the social media scene, understand platform dynamics (TikTok, Instagram), and know what makes good content.
- Mindset: You are enthusiastic, accurate, and able to work under pressure even in busy periods.
- Personality: You are reliable, well-organized, have a positive attitude, and are a true team player.
- Hands-on: You look for solutions, like to think outside the box, and want to play an active role in shaping things.

Your tasks
- Influencer Relations: Identifying, approaching, and supporting influencers and brand ambassadors—you turn contacts into real relationships.
- Collaborations: Designing and implementing creative influencer campaigns and seedings that make our beauty brands shine.
- 360° communication: Collaborating on the development and implementation of holistic campaigns.
- Media relations: Operational press work, maintaining media distribution lists, creating press releases, and pitching topics to editors.
- Content & storytelling: You create and review editorially relevant content for press, social media, and brand campaigns.
- Database & reporting: Maintenance of the internal database (Filemaker) and creation of regular reports (clippings, KPIs).
- Strategy & budget: Research and support for communication strategies as well as budget responsibility for smaller projects.
