Four gorgeous cocktail recipes combine every taste we love about the autumn, do try them yourself at home!

 

 

 

The Recipes

Dark’n’Stormy

Thomas Henry Dark’n’Stormy
  • 4 cl dark rum (Gosling’s Black Seal)
  • 2 cl fresh lime juice
  • Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger

Glass: Highballglas
Garnish: Lime Wedges

Firstly, fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the lime juice over the ice and top-off with Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger. Slowly complete the mixture with the rum, by letting it float on top. Finish off by adding the lime wedges.

Balsam für die Birne

Thomas Henry Dark’n’Stormy
  • 4 cl pear-vodka
  • 0,75 cl Crema di Balsamico
  • 3 cl cloudy apple juice
  • 1 cl fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
  • Thomas Henry Ultimate Grapefruit

Glass: Tumbler
Garnish: Grapefruit Zest

Shake all ingredients together, except the grapefruit juice. Pour over a sieve into the glass on top of the ice cubes. Fill the glass with Thomas Henry Ultimate Grapefruit. A recipe by Fabian Sonnenschein, Nic Shanker & Marcel Zerres, Barfreunde, Düsseldorf

 

Ginger Punch

Thomas Henry Dark’n’Stormy
  • 2 Slices of fresh ginger
  • 2 Tabel spoons of honey
  • 4,5 cl Golden rum
  • 1 cl Lime juice
  • 1 TL Sugar Syrup
  • Thomas Henry Ginger Ale

Glass: Longdrink
Garnish: Lime peels

Put the ginger in a shaker and crush with force. Add all other ingredients except for the ginger ale. Stir until the honey dissolves. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir firmly. Pour into the longdrink glass over a sieve on top of fresh ice cubes. Lastly, complete the drink with Thomas Henry Ginger Ale.

 

Apple & Elderflower Collins

Thomas Henry Dark’n’Stormy
  • 5 cl Gin
  • 2 cl Lemon juice
  • 4 cl Apple juice, cloudy
  • 1 cl Sugar syrup
  • Thomas Henry Elderflower Tonic

Glass: Longdrink
Garnish: Basil

Pour all ingredients, except for the Edelflower Tonic into a shaker. Fill with ice cubes and shake firmly. Pour into a glass over a sieve and compliment with Thomas Henry Edelflower Tonic.
